deviantART Administrators give a damn about this site, and are interested in bringing you awesome things. Sometimes it doesn't show, and sometimes you wonder just what they are doing and what's wrong with them. Sometimes you may get frustrated with them. But I have talked with many of them personally. They care about what goes on here. They can't appeal to everyone, but they are trying hard to do what is good for you, for the community, and for the site.
Remember that when you are frustrated with a dA Admin and want to quit or bitch about them, that they are coming on this site too, wanting to bring the best, and that bitching at them won't get anything solved.
If you have an issue with something on the site, feel free to share, but *only* if you can share it in a constructive manner. Then you can work *with* deviantART Administrators to build a better dA.
